We have known Randy Pankratz for a long time. He helped us with our first will and as the years went by he helped us update it. When Rog died he stepped in and helped us work through all the paper work. After getting us to where we needed to be, he sat around the table and shared memories with us. Poor customer service, rude and condescending staff.
The level of communication at this law office is absolute garbage. You have to continually call them to get anything done and reading these reviews. I’m surprised they’re still in business.
