My wife and I were looking to rent a vehicle for a trip and looked into Turo. We a found vehicle we liked from Platinum Rentals. Booking was easy and Freddy reached out immediately to confirm. Pick up was easy and we got to check the car out before we left. Vehicle was clean, smelled nice and gas was full. If we had any questions or problems, we could reach out to Freddy. Dropping off was easy and the total cost was less than traditional rental places. I will definitely rent from Platinum Rentals again.

This was the first time we rented from them and it was the best experience. Booking the rental was easy and we received confimation from Freddy immediatly. We received comminication prior to the pick up date to reassure us. Pick up was easier, the car was clean, and gas tank was full. We rented a Jeep Cherokee and it was such a comfortable ride, especially since we drove long distance. Drop off was easy as well.
