Every single person in this shop was attentive, knowledgeable and personable. At every turn they made sure to offer solutions that were cheaper, quicker and more convenient for me. My bike runs better now than it did brand new. The absolute standard for integrity and service.
I visited Adrenaline bike shop for service of wheel bearing of my front wheel. I wasn't happy with their service, charges and effort. I already had the hub rod with wheel bearing removed in a little plastic bag. The tech told me he look at my hub rod and said the threads was strip and rod was dented. He said a kit to replace it would be very difficult to get from shimano and take a long time. He made no effort to investigate even though he said he would check when he spoke with me over the phone.
