This company has numerous complaints through BBB. Check out TripAdvisor as well. I thought it was a mistake but now sounds like standard practice for this company. We were charged for the breakdown of another party’s vehicle which broke down. And they charged us twice. $2000 *2 + double charged for one of the vehicle rentals . My husband spent 2 hours in 98 degrees helping the two employees with a vehicle we didn’t even rent. They recognized the mistake and said they would correct. Our family had an amazing experience with the service we received. Unexpectedly, we had a two-seater instead of the four-seater that we requested, but Brooke and Daijah went out of their way to ensure that our vacation was not compromised. We are sincerely grateful for their commitment to customer satisfaction and for making our holidays memorable ones.

Do not rent from this company. They worst in the valley. They vehicle was damaged before we used. We addressed our concerns about the noise the vehicle was making and they said everything was fine. Come to find out the axel was broken. They will charge for their already broken vehicle. I’m very lucky the axel did not further break while driving their vehicle as it could have killed my family and I. They do not care about their customers and will risk your life to make money.

I rented a two seater side by side and had a great time trail riding in Sycamore. The staff was super helpful and gave me a map and told me a couple great trails to go on. It all went smoothly!
