The online interface is easy to navigate and use, which is a testament to their design implementation because the system is just loaded with so many great features and functions. If you're business owner for the love of all that is holy, AVOID AVOID AVOID As an employee I can't use this garbage app and the owner is delusional with their corporate language "were sorry to blah blah". You can only set up one phone number for two step AND NOTHING ELSE so if you changed your phone number, GOODBYE ABILITY TO CHECK PAYROLL. No email backups, no ability to change the phone for 2 step verification, and even if I did get that to work, this horrible waste of "technology" crashes constantly and bugs out hourly. ... read more
Told them many times I am not interested but they keep calling me. They must be hurting for business but this is not the way to go about it.
Nothing they promised has been true. Very dissatisfied. Service, cost and lack of support.
