After just one year of using ADP for payroll across our five companies, we can confidently say they are the worst payroll service we've ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars I would! This company had multiple issues with onboarding 5 companies and instead of taking responsibility for mis-handling our on boarding, they shifted the blame to everyone but them selves. This should have been our warning sign, but we went ahead with them anyways. Throughout the year there were multiple issue with running payroll smoothly and effectively, all of which resulted in multiples calls with dragged out resolutions. Stay away from this horrible company. After two years of constant headaches I finally left. Staff is not properly trained. There have been continual errors from initial set-up to payroll runs, and major errors each year end! Customer service is frustrating with phone and email support. And then be prepared that every few months they'll try to upsell you. There are better options out there!!! ADP is HORRIBLE.
