Great sales and implementation. Horrible customer service and support afterwards. I transferred funds directly from my RBC account to their RBC account, but they refuse to accept anything other than a wire — even though they received my money. Said they have to return the funds to me to wire instead (which could take days!) and now 70+ employees don’t get paid in time due to their garbage policies. Do not recommend!
Great UI across their platforms, but the customer support is truly disappointing. We run a daycare and needed assistance to reverse a payment that was sent to an employee’s old banking information so we could reissue it to their new account. I called the ADP representative, she put me on hold, then suddenly said “hello, hello.” I responded “hi,” and she immediately hung up. Absolutely unacceptable service for a company of this size.
