Horrible. It doesn't deserve one star.
This place is the worst. Stay away. I havn't used them in 4 mos and they are still charging for things I asked them to stop. 40 dollars a month. There are other ways to do payroll now a days . Try an online service. I have called multiple times and they just don't answer. when they do they do not rectify the situation. they did not file the correct paperwork on any of my accounts and opened accounts I did not ask for. feel free to contact me if you would like a more in depth perspective.
