False advertising and disappointing experience. My fiancée and I booked a 2-hour scalp and head treatment ($395 total), but the actual service lasted barely an hour and felt rushed. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but the room wasn’t ready until 2:05. We spent 20 minutes in the sauna, which was nice, but no water was offered or available in the room. For a hot sauna, having a water station nearby is basic and should be standard. The “scalp and head treatment” was more like a quick hair wash and light comb-through.... read more
I can’t say enough good things! The space is super clean and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere just feels really comfortable and professional. I went in for Botox, and they were all amazing—so kind, knowledgeable, and they really took the time to explain everything. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she made sure I was totally comfortable with the process. I’m honestly so happy with the results. If you’re thinking about getting Botox or any other treatment, I highly recommend checking them out. I’ll definitely be back.

Very dissapointed with my services are Adore. Lack of communication, customer service, and overall experience just not good. I have been for many BOTOX sessions as well as over 4 full syringe appointments to this day has VERY minimal results, I was willing to continue going to this location because it is where I have been going ever since starting my injections however the lack of communication and empathy from this establishment has me and anybody else I have recommended going elsewhere.
