I went to get my under eye lightened and absolutely loved the service. They were very calm and friendly and explained every step and made sure I was feeling great throughout the service. 100% recommend visiting them! ♥️♥️
Edit: this was resolved after getting the BBB involved and I did receive a refund. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I paid almost $4,000 for a course, which I ended up needing to cancel my spot due to medical reasons. Because they sent me “course materials” consisting of a few handouts and a coil bound booklet, they stated that the course is non refundable. Nurse Sydney was so amazing! She is so kind and genuinely cares about her clients and what they want for their lips, tox, etc. She was so gentle and honestly the procedure was rather painless. I’m so impressed and will definitely be returning 🩷
I Always recommend Adore to anyone looking for medical aesthetics, I have always had a great experience and am always so happy with the results! I also appreciate the professionalism, when discussing treatments.
Very dissapointed with my services are Adore. Lack of communication, customer service, and overall experience just not good. I have been for many BOTOX sessions as well as over 4 full syringe appointments to this day has VERY minimal results, I was willing to continue going to this location because it is where I have been going ever since starting my injections however the lack of communication and empathy from this establishment has me and anybody else I have recommended going elsewhere.
