I was in an emergency trying to get home to my son. The speed limit is 20. I had my hazards on and was going the speed limit. Somebody outside in a mustang yelled slow down without any real knowledge of my speed.. so I stopped and they started recording and yelling. You never know what somebody is going thru. So before you just think someone's speeding. ask them if they are OK and if you can help. My son was choking and I was looking for a turn around spot.....
