Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I arrived just as they were closing and was refused entry — understandable on its own, but when I asked for a simple rain check on an item, I was refused that too. The employee I spoke with was rude and condescending, clearly just eager to close up and leave rather than help a customer. I've been a regular here for a while, and this is not the treatment I expected after being loyal to this store. A little courtesy and flexibility would have gone a long way. B... read more
