If I could give a 0 I would. Booked adobe for a work conference. My AA flight came in at 11:08, I probably had my luggage by 11:20, and I walked around for 20 minutes looking for the driver. He was by the delta baggage for the delta flight that came in at 11:30. We didn't leave the airport until 12:30.
