Front desk / reception was extremely rude and very unhelpful. She requested my AA number after scanning my boarding pass (which has the number). When I showed them what it said in my AA app, the lady proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do anything with that. When I asked for help, she told me that I had to figure it out. When I found the AA number after calling customer service in front of her I read it out aloud and she couldn’t hear me. A wonderful way to spend 3 hours at an airport! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was great, and everything was kept very tidy.
