This was my first time going to an airport lounge. As I had a super long delay of 12 hours with no hotels available, I felt that id feel safer being in a lounge away from the crowds! It was very clean, safe and friendly! I purchased a day pass which gave me all the time to chill before my new flight going into the next day! I even used their showers which was super nice!! Nice respite from the busy and noisy terminal; good food choices when I was there most recently, and a nice complementary cocktail offering, the South Side Fizz. In all, it was a very pleasant place to spend a long layover.

Two stars 6 years ago. Three starts this year (okay, maybe 3.5). I guess that's progress? With the membership cost as high as it is, why not improve the food a bit more. Sure, smoked salmon for breakfast is nice, but brunch is just sad. The sandwiches offered, ham and cheese on a croissant, are just not appetizing (see picture). Sure they taste okay, but presentation is appalling. Lunch was a bit better, with what they called "Beef brisket with crispy onions" and a new layout. Being life-time members of the Admiral Club, we were happy to take advantage of the club during our two hour plus lay over in Chicago. Anna welcomed us into the club and made the arrangements for me to be picked up for the next flight out to Seattle. This club was very large with multiple places to relax and dine.
