Customer service sucked, extremely rude when I tried to ask a simple question. Is there something in the water in port townsend????
A great little store for all manner of nautical hardware. A big selection of bronze fasteners is what brought me in this time.
Great ship supply store but you must know what you’re getting into first. 1.) This is a store for PROFESSIONALS! Yes, it’s open to the public but their primary clientele are professional boat people; painters, epoxy people, trades, etc. 2.) There are no prices on anything. Again, most people buying here are pros using accounts. They don’t care what the prices are. 3.)
