Am I missing something? The login page, both on mobile and desktop, is nothing but a blank screen. Certainly doesn’t give me confidence in investing with them if I can’t even access my account. Surprised a prestigious company like Vanguard even associates with this site
This may be one of the slickest greaseball maneuvers of all time. The owners apparently sold the business. The account holders are left to fend for themselves. Who thought this one up? These slime bags are convinced that there are no consequences. Just dump the accounts and take the next plane to Hawaii. What happened here? There is certainly a story.

Have been attempting for past 8 weeks to roll-over my HSA at Health Savings Administrators to Fidelity HSA. As Health Savings Administrators does not do electronic transfers, they required request from Fidelity from either regular mail or fax. Fidelity on two separate occasions sent transfer request via US Postal Service and both times Health Savings Administrators stated they did no receive request when I contacted.
