Erica Sims took $285 from us and never filed our 2023 tax return. I contacted her and informed her a 1099 was missing and another 1099 was duplicated. She stopped taking our calls and refused every attempt to contact her. Obviously, I do not recommend her.
Excellent, relationship and reliable service full of extra information well needed. Very thankful for Erica's service. She is simply Amazing and such an effective lady to work with.
