Been working with Rob and his staff for a few years. Always a good experience. I especially like when he takes the time to explain things to me, so I can learn as well.
Had Rob doing my taxes the past 3 years. (Since my tax lady retired). He is very courteous and skilled! Got me my maximum return and when I had some issues with child tax benefits he amended those at no charge and during the height of tax season in a timely matter! Thanks Rob handling our business! Would recommend 10/10
Impossible to get an answer from, office staff tries to help but getting an honest and timely answer from the tax preparer is impossible, been trying to get help for over a year without any luck. This guy is extremely unprofessional and I would avoid at all costs.
Service here has always been exceptional. We have never had any issues with the staff and our tax returns have always been done promptly..
Stay away from using Robert Lockie, ADMI Business Services, and London Tax Depot. Both companies are associated and have the worst service. I started dealing with Rob in November of 2020 and things started off well, but then he stopped replying to my emails and when I call any of the multiple phone numbers all it does is ring and ring. Even when I have gotten ahold of someone, they take a message and I never hear back from anyone. Don't waste your time and money with these people.
