I came to ADM with knee and arm injuries. Andrew conducted an assessment and provide me with a custom program that met my needs. The exercises were on point and gradual enough to ensure progress. I received top quality services: they asked questions, demonstrated exercises and really listened. They set goals and the right solutions. I am now on full recovery mode and very functional. I highly recommend their services: they are very professional and most efficient.

I have gone to many different physios and have never found one that I wanted to stick with. That changed with Andrew! Extremely professional and empathetic, Andrew is an amazing physio and I cannot recommend him more. He really takes the time to listen and craft a program that meets your need. The staff at both locations are also very friendly and helpful.
