I had a very pleasant experience working with Andrew. Thanks to him, I was able to identify my physical limits and find ways to exercise without causing myself injury.
I came to ADM with knee and arm injuries. Andrew conducted an assessment and provide me with a custom program that met my needs. The exercises were on point and gradual enough to ensure progress. I received top quality services: they asked questions, demonstrated exercises and really listened. They set goals and the right solutions. I am now on full recovery mode and very functional. I highly recommend their services: they are very professional and most efficient.
Andrew is very attentive and tailors the treatment to every person's needs. I am SO grateful for all his attention and his will to keep providing me with options to get better. ADM Ottaws physiotherapy team is the best
I have gone to many different physios and have never found one that I wanted to stick with. That changed with Andrew! Extremely professional and empathetic, Andrew is an amazing physio and I cannot recommend him more. He really takes the time to listen and craft a program that meets your need. The staff at both locations are also very friendly and helpful.
