The only expectation was to book an appointment to do the assessment. Andrew and his father requires call by phone, fill a form ( I filled ) , add a credit card and pre paid in advance. Customer has no obligation to leave finance data in file for safety purposes. The process changes by each patient. I never experienced something like that and I'm glad the initial contact does not work.
Andrew is very knowledgeable and truly helps you set you up for recovery or whatever you need. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful
I suffered a small Stroke that effected my right side. AMD helped me regain strength and movement in my right side and taught me how to mange the exercises on my own. I have a folder of exercises to follow and so far, I am progressing well. Thanks to the AMD staff!
I have nothing but good things to say about Andrew and the team. This was my first experience with breaking a bone and physio, so I really didn't know what to expect. Andrew and the team took great care and did a good job of explaining what we were focusing on (and why), every step of the way. I would highly recommend ADM Ottawa to anyone who needs to visit a physiotherapist in the area.
