Andrew was great! Figured out my hip problem, gave me some exercises and my pain was gone
I have been to many PTs all over Ottawa and by far this is the best. First time a PT explains logically what is going on and has a plan of attack with timelines. Andrew is caring, patient, and quite the guru. Well done to everyone at ADM including the front desk (very welcoming and respectful).
We have being going to Andrew for various sports injuries our daughter faced while playing competitive sports. He was always professional and listened to her issue. It is now our turn years later to visit Andrew and we received the same outstanding treatment for back and knee injuries. We highly recommend ADM Physiotherapy.
I highly recommend Andrew. What was unique for me was that my treatment included education. I appreciated that he took the time to listen carefully and explain his thinking, empowering me to be more observent and analytical in responding to my body in general.
