They have had my shotgun for 2+ years and have yet to fix it. Additionally, to get them to answer the phone and/or give me a straight answer when I’ve gone to see them in person is like pulling teeth. It seems that they had no issue taking my money and to be honest, wish I’d never taken my gun there. They’ve had it since August of 2021.

Took my shotgun to Andrew because I have owned it since I was 14, then 56, was hitting my nose with my stock hand every time I shot. He explained that I grew, yep, but also that shotguns made when mine was, had shorter stocks because people had to wear bulky clothes to stay warm back then. Now days with modern clothing there is less bulk so the stocks need to be longe, plus me growing. He lengthened the stock plus added a little cast to get it in front of my eye.
