Very disappointing experience. There were several issues throughout the process, and customer service was unhelpful at every stage. Their delays set my renovations back by several weeks. I would not recommend this company.
From our very first contact with Tim Farrell in BathShack Armagh, we knew we were in good hands. I cannot recommend these guys enough - friendly, helpful, and completely knew their stuff. We had a bathroom & an ensuite to refit but Tim’s knowledge truly simplified the whole process and we were not disappointed with the results! Absolutely CLASS! *** UPDATE ON PREVIOUS REVIEW*** After a few weeks of ending my experience with bath shack the manager from the Armagh store contacted me. He acknowledged and apologised for the experience I had with them, pleasant phone call and I appreciated the time he took to do it. In the end all issues resolved Terrible experience, let down time and time again. Waiting on items I had purchased only for them to be delivered wrong 3 times.
