ADL Assisted Living in Highlands really came to my Mom's and my rescue! As Mom's condition had become beyond my capabilities of caring for her at home on my own. Thank goodness I was directed to ADL!!! They took such great care of her and more importantly they all REALLY CARED for Mom and me! This is a great place to work! And an even better place for your loved ones. The owner prides herself in maintaining staff for different roles in the facility to have a smooth working day, The facility is always clean and has really nice smells throughout. The staff is amazing at caring for the elderly. Which is the NUMBER 1 goal, residents do regular everyday activities with the help of staff.
