Lady at the front desk is very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude, did not receive any calls or emails regarding my tax return, and in an attempt to call I was rushed and told to "call back when its not so busy. She have no customer training whatsoever and in need to better communicate with customer. Steve will be loosing alot of bisness because of her attitude.

Steve is the best. I’ve been going to him for my taxes for 10+ years. He’s extremely knowledgeable and makes the process as easy as possible. Although I have moved far away, I will continue to use his services! No one else I’d rather go to!
Steve Adkins is unprofessional and unhelpful. I wanted to start a business with my wife. He spell her name wrong. Messed up our EIN# And LLC. He also messed my 2021 Taxes I will have to pay them back over $3,500.00. I would never go back to him for anything. Thank you Steven for you wonderful service!!!!
