Outdoor pull up ATM hasn't worked in weeks. Come back weeks later and it still doesn't work. Go inside to the inside ATMs. Neither of the two ATMs on the inside lobby working either! Uptop of that their hours are absolute trash. This location is trash. Why are they even open? Huge bank with horrible hours and non working ATMs. They obviously do not care about their customers.
Very clear that the bankers here do not want to help anyone and rush people out the door for simple maintenance saying that “they don’t provide the service” Bank of America should save their money and brand name and close this branch
Worst bank ever they locked my account without any reason i am simple housewife with 100% clear background i am 100% sure and still they blocked my account without any reason and when i asked them to atleast tell me reason the reason why you blocked my account they said we also don’t know…. Such a irresponsible bank …. I will never ever recommend this bank to my friends and family… i hope google give me option of negative star i will rate it -10
This establishment has the means to accommodate disabled individuals and caretakers of disabled individuals and choose not to. They replace that accommodation with a drive up atm which is completely unacceptable when dealing with cash and money. I contacted corporate to discuss my concerns and was given an email for O’Neill who is a real BOA person but apparently does not accept emails from anyone outside of the company.
