John is a true expert. I needed a new Bianchi road cycling bike ordered from the official website. John’s shop was the closest dealer. I showed up and John helped me with everything , he did measurements and we chose appropriate size which eventually fit perfectly. He communicated great, helped and kept me updated about my order. When bike arrived John assembled it, offered me private time for final fitting and adjustments. He offered further help with the bike whenever I need 5/5. Definitely recommend his services .
Adirondack Ultra is the best! John is an expert at his craft. Very knowledgeable and honest with fair pricing. I would highly recommend this shop. There may be other shops closer, but Adirondack is worth the trip. And when you pick up your bike, Route 4 heading south toward Mechanicville has a nice bike lane for a ride.
Run by good honest people, very highly recommend.
