My favorite bank I’ve had the pleasure of working with in the region. The place is built like somewhere would want to live, everyone that works here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You feel welcome when you come in the door. I opened accounts for my business with the Asistant Branch Manager Justin, he was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. And I’ve notarized some documents with Ashly as well. A great help. Overall a great experience and looking to do business with them. Thank you !
Though the individuals at the exit 11 branch have always been nice to me, I am having terrible trouble with the bank since moving. I spoke to "Brian" today (from their HQ?) who confirmed my address change and since then, and supposedly updating my info, my card has failed to work at 3 different POS locations, as well as 2 online sites. I have money in their bank in the 5 figures........and I can't use it!! Totally unacceptable!! Being Saturday night there is nothing I can do and my hands are tied to use my funds for holiday ... read more
Just so you know, the Adirondack bank, at exit 11 will charge you fees for cashier check/ official check. And this is happening now, when people losing job because of COVID. Very inappropriate and disappointing..changing my bank immediately!
