I am not a fan of banks so I can't believe I'm writing a positive review. I had had enough of TDBank and their lack of customer service or even caring. Adirondack Tust opened a new branch near my house and I went inside to check it out. That was three years ago and I am still with them. The one word that stands out to me is "class". Managers that care (Queensbury office) to live operators that answer the phone on one or two rings. I am using their online banking and have stopped using any bookkeeping systems.
