I ordered the same package for each of my children, which included a set of magnets. My son's package was missing the set of magnets so I emailed customer service to let them know. The woman I spoke with was so kind and immediately sent them out no questions asked. They arrived in a few days, I don't think I've ever had such quick and seamless customer service! The pictures and quality were great!
The best in the business.
They go out of their way to make sure all of my Preschoolers have their picture taken. Sometimes it can take as long as 10-15 minutes to make them comfortable enough to smile. Their staff is always patient & kind with my youngest students. We very much appreciate them taking our pictures every year!
Package didn't come with all the pictures and now I have to pay for a 8x10 which is like the only actual printed picture I want.
