This was my second year for the annual service. Again had a great experience! Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue and was a pleasure to work with.
I’ve been a customer of Adirondack Generators for about 8 years now. I remember when it was just Brian working alone, furiously to satisfy his customer’s needs. Obviously, the business has grown over the years & he has hired more technicians to satisfy increased customer needs. What has not changed is the company’s ability to meet customer needs. The techs he has hired are great; informative, knowledgeable, polite, clean, & genuine. Last week Brandon was here; had all the above & was a nice guy too.
Everyone was so friendly and nice. Technician arrived on schedule and was very professional . It is a pleasure doing business with Adirondack Generators, LLC. I highly recommend them.
Prompt efficient replacement of defective battery on new generator
We were on vacation on the day he came to inspect and service our generator. I received a phone call scheduling the appointment and a call when he was coming to the appointment. Worked out fine for us.
