Tech was professional and knowledgeable.
The technician should up on time and talked me through what he was planning on doing. I went out to see how things were going and he updated me on what was completed and the amount of adjustments he had to make. He compared the size of adjustments he has had to make on other machines. After making the adjustments he ran the unit to ensure everything was running smoothly before he started to change the oil. He then ran the unit again and ensured Al parameters were correct.
