My husband & I are from Gloversvile & decided to take a ride to Northville. As soon as we stepped into this shop, we felt a wonderful feeling of peace & calm... Like when one is on vacation. We couldn't believe how many beautiful items were across the seven rooms.. A most lovely English woman spoke with us & we were nostalgic with stories of our past. Beautiful little store in a lovely old home. Quality retail, if a little pricey. I have a prized mug from here I use almost every morning. I have great memories shopping here with my aunt before she passed.
This place is everything you want in an Adirondack store! The whole atmosphere is cabin and mountain vibes with both affordable gift options as well as fine quality artisan made décor items. Candles, rugs, switch plates, puzzles, clocks, bathroom soap sets, rustic mirrors and more! The owner is so kind and welcoming. All around great place for those of us who love the Adirondack mountains, lakes, and that all encompassing cabin vibe.
Discovered this real taste of the Adirondacks. Excellent food and country shopping. Just a very cool place!
