They cash checks if it's a check issued thru their bank or if you have an account with them..not a place to stop in and cash a check if ur not from the area..

Ask me how Adirondack Bank's fraud department did NOT NOTICE +5,000$ being STOLEN from my mother's account...for months! Let's also mention how the bank themselves failed to make contact to my mother about any of this. Had she not personally went into the bank she probably would still not be aware. If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Spend the gas money and go to a bank that actually protects your money with a fraud department who care about their customers and their money. Let's see how long it takes to dispute.

This place is a joke they only thing of themselves.they don't worry about people that actually work for a living and can't leave early .I'm actually thinking is switching to.another bank like key bank .their are more locations and they think about their customers.
