Very disappointing Teller interaction. An anticipated tax payment at the Drive Through Window could have been accomplished with professionalism. Instead the Teller couldn’t complete the transaction without somehow misplacing our deposit tax check from the deposit envelope. She proceeded to tell us it was not there. When we entered the Bank our Teller appears to tell me she and another Teller located our check which seems to have dropped in her booth and apologized. Is there anyTeller training? Selling people's data to third parties isn't winning you any customers. I shouldn't have to fill out and submit an opt out for this nonsense, this is why I left Cash App.
Can't log in anymore without typing in annoying codes from my phone despite using the same device and browser every time. Now codes not being sent. Disputes also not taken seriously here either. Looking for a new place to bank at this point...
All the years of having multiple accounts with ADK bank I’ve never encountered such horrible attitude and rude demeanor as my first trip to this location. In New Hartford. It was not only my experience but the poor elderly lady ahead of me was treated the same. I’ll be looking into another bank ASAP for both my company and personal accounts! One star is even to high of a rating!!!
The few times I've been here the tellers have been extremely condescending and rude. Haven't had this issue at other branches but everytime here they are. Actually closed my account with adk bank because of it. If they cant employ people that dont act like this I dont want them using my money.
