Can't log in anymore without typing in annoying codes from my phone despite using the same device and browser every time. Now codes not being sent. Disputes also not taken seriously here either. Looking for a new place to bank at this point...
All the years of having multiple accounts with ADK bank I’ve never encountered such horrible attitude and rude demeanor as my first trip to this location. In New Hartford. It was not only my experience but the poor elderly lady ahead of me was treated the same. I’ll be looking into another bank ASAP for both my company and personal accounts! One star is even to high of a rating!!!
The few times I've been here the tellers have been extremely condescending and rude. Haven't had this issue at other branches but everytime here they are. Actually closed my account with adk bank because of it. If they cant employ people that dont act like this I dont want them using my money.
The tellers that work at this location have always been extremely unpleasant and downright mean anytime my wife has had to interact with them
Drive thru tellers highly rude and had terrible attitudes. Sent my boyfriend to get cash because my debit card was cancelled due to suspected fraud. Teller explained they needed to call me to verify. She had an incorrect phone number, which he tried to explain to her, but she continued to ignore him for 20 minutes. By that time, I called 5 minutes before close and told them I would be there within the 5 minutes. I got there exactly at 5 but was told I'm out of luck and that no one could help me.
