Unprofessional The most unprofessional company I have ever been in contact with. I have had the worst experience with filing taxes and closing 401K due to lack of attention to detail when they reported my SSN incorrectly. I emailed my frustration to the secretary saying that I had nothing to gain in my complaint, except to hope it results in better attention to detail for current and future employees.
