If I could give a ZERO start I would. The staff in the store are so RUDE. I walked in to the store with my kids at 8:47 and the guy literally after 3 minutes start saying loud “we are closing”. He came right by me and told me they are closing. I replied to him saying is not 9pm yet and he replied impolitely and in a rude way said, “we are closing and all registers are closed, you won’t be able to check out”. I have been visiting the smithfield outlets for years and today is the first time I was told I had to sign into id me to get my 10% military discount i choose to pass on the discount because I don't feel like it is ok to have to log on to the ID me website just to get a discount when every other store i visited only needed to see my military ID card. Terrible customer service. No one spoke or offered any assistance. All employees are running around tasking with 5+ people in line. Only one register available and multiple employees on staff
