I've never been so disappointed with an Adidas purchase... The staff at this particular store act as if walking in to buy something is an insult or an offense; it's clear they don't want to do anything. You have to go looking for them to help you, and even then, they're rude.

I received a pair of pants as a Christmas gift from my brother. The tag said size small, but when I tried them on, they were actually an extra-small. When I went to return them, the store refused because the pants no longer had the tag—even though I had the receipt. They then gave me a customer service number to call, fully knowing that it wouldn’t be helpful.
