Very rude I buyer shoes from there and my son. He doesn’t like it when I try to return it the manager there so rude the cashier he wanna accept it but the manager said no I hate this store. I’m never go to there anymore and I told all my friends and my family about this situation and never ever go to Adidas anymore. Any location
I received a pair of pants as a Christmas gift from my brother. The tag said size small, but when I tried them on, they were actually an extra-small. When I went to return them, the store refused because the pants no longer had the tag—even though I had the receipt. They then gave me a customer service number to call, fully knowing that it wouldn’t be helpful.
