On January 9, 2019 I returned a pair of sneakers to the Roseville field Adidas store and I was told that I would be receiving a refund shortly. On 19 February 2019 I had to call customer service because I still had not received my refund and was assured by customer service that I would be getting my refund between 3 to 5 business day. I was not offered any discounts or anything else for my issues that I had experienced with this company. If I do not receive my refund by next Wednesday I will come back to let you know.
