I visited the Adidas store on 10/4/12 and purchased a jacket. Once I got home (35 miles away), I realized they did not remove the security tag. I drove back to the store on 10/6/12 and brought the item along with the receipt. When I got to the store, I explained what happened and the clerk (a high school student) apologized. I found out that the jacket was now 50% off, but the manager refused to let me return the jacket and buy it again for the discount (or refund me the difference) - even though I had to travel 70 miles rou... read more
