No one answers the phone. I’ve tried repeatedly today and Friday to get a hold of someone! Very frustrating!
If you need a payoff statement, request it AT LEAST a week before you need it!
Find Someone Else Anyone Else
Have worked with ADEPT since 2009. They have been thorough on all my accounts. Never really have to do much of anything, so I forget they even exist until it is time for a transaction to be made or completed. If I do need any information I have access to my accounts on line. The website is not fancy, but it is simple and works just fine. I don't need to interact much with the management or employees, but when I have, they seem friendly enough and more importantly, very proper and businesslike.
By far, one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The book keeping is unorganized and forget about asking an employees to explain. The customer service is awful. They are terrible. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.
