People please be aware of what this bank represents I'm truly a believer in supporting black owned businesses, however this bank has the nerve to come into our neighborhood with a Bank that doesn't cater to our needs or social economic status; I went to open a checking and savings account but the one offered to people living on a fixed social security income had no checks, had to maintain a certain amount of income or I'd be charged a fee for my savings account, and lasty they had no credit card to attach to the account stat... read more
1. Improve your services, Black Bank. I'm out here without cash. You're already closed on Saturday and Sunday, and now you're closing on Monday too? Stop pretending to honor indigenous communities. If you're going to operate as a bank, act like one. This situation is infuriating, and while I might keep my account open, I probably won't.
