I had a goal to do business with Adelphi Bank. I'm impressed with the courteous and knowledgeable staff from branch manager to the tellers! I actually look forward to doing banking there and definitely recommend Adelphi Bank to others. The waiting area is nicely designed with coffee n tea available. Great customer service as always! Very attentive to customers walking in the door, you are greeted within seconds even if they are busy, staff let's you know it won't be too long of a wait. They have a small refreshment station for customers and they work hard to make wait times as short as possible!
