So helpful! Walked in here today to get questions answered. Everyone was super friendly and immediately got me the answers I needed. Great folks here. I highly recommend this bank.
We have been trying to get our CD statement and mailing information corrected now for a year. today we were told the manager would call us back because the bank doesn’t do the mailings. Of course no one called back. We are trying to support this bank but it’s really frustrating for something that seems to be an easy correction. Hopefully we can get this resolved and continue our support.
