My grateful thanks to Marita our Operations Manager for her kindness and consideration after my medical procedure. She very kindly checked up to see if I needed shopping and had everything I wanted. She also hand delivered our "Voice of the Village" magazine which was greatly appreciated. It had plenty of reading and puzzles. Thank you Marita for all your help.

During this awful pandemic, how lucky are we to have an Operations Manager who has kept the Adelene Independent residents updated with weekly memos (sometimes two) in our letterboxes telling of the latest Covid information and required restrictions. Staff have also been knocking on villa doors to say - hello, how are you. The cafe in the Hub is closed but on certain days staff will deliver coffee to those who order it.
