I called over 15 times throughout the day. I got VERY annoyed that i ended up calling Surprise Wic office they answered RIGHT away. They helped me schedule an appointment. Even when i was pregnant it was VERY hard to get a hold of the Buckeye office something needs to be done and fixed.

This WIC place is terrible me and my wife been calling like 7 to 8 times a day and all we get is a voicemail we trying to get formula for our baby and they don't answer the phone so what's the point having a number to call when they don't answer, this WIC place is the worst and i don't wanna hear any message from the WIC owner, fix the problem because its real bad service, really bad

I moved from Texas and have been trying to get ahold of the wic office here in buckeye, left Multiple voicemails. Reason for my call. Still no call back! I don’t get how people that are supposed to be here to help, are no help at all. How are we supposed to get a call back??? Or get my benefits transferred from Texas, have a wic card full of benefits that I can’t use cause it’s my Texas wic card …
