I moved from Texas and have been trying to get ahold of the wic office here in buckeye, left Multiple voicemails. Reason for my call. Still no call back! I don’t get how people that are supposed to be here to help, are no help at all. How are we supposed to get a call back??? Or get my benefits transferred from Texas, have a wic card full of benefits that I can’t use cause it’s my Texas wic card …

The absolute worst office to deal with. I moved to Texas and let them know I was moving, so they told me to find the nearest WIC office to where I was living so I did. When I called they told me to contact the buckeye WIC office and transfer my benefits over because they aren’t able to find me in their system. I have called over 6 times and they have not answered or called back, I’ve left voicemails, no call back. No one picks up the phone. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 5 days already :(

It takes me calling 4-5 times in a row to get someone to answer, but I will say once you get them on the phone they are very helpful. You just have to be able to get in contact w them which is a big problem when in my opinion you’re dealing with infants & children

Dulce the receptionist was really kind and diligent in helping me get rescheduled after I missed my appointment. The office attempted to call me many times before I was finally able to call back. When I did finally have a chance to return their call, I was way past my original appointment date. Dulce worked really hard to get me in as soon as possible so I wouldn’t miss out on my benefits.
