I had an excellent experience at Adelaide West Physio, after being injured in a cycling accident. From the very first appointment, the team in general & Howard in particular were professional, supportive, and genuinely focused on my recovery. They took the time to explain my injuries, created a clear treatment plan, and adjusted it as I progressed. Russ and the team have been outstanding! Russ has explained everything clearly and honestly from my very first appointment. After many years of pain, I now have a treatment plan which is working, which has been the biggest relief. I am very glad I did some research and found Adelaide West Physio!
Strongly recommend this practice. From my first experience with the lovely Jacqui at reception who was welcoming, informative and professional. Kym is my physio and has been fantastic assessing and working out a program to prepare my old body for the ski session. Kym is encouraging and takes the time to listen and modify program where needed
For 1 year now I have been doing pilates at Adelaide West. The small group personal session with Lachlan is great as he is always on hand to guide and help. I have increased my overall strength and core and couldnt be happier.
