Saw Maddie and Kim to resolve shoulder issues from bad golf swing back in August 2023. Resolved my shoulder pain but golf handicap yet to improve as significantly. I now attend the group Pilates classes 3 times a week. Russell, Lisa, Lochie, Kim, Howard and Aniket are all excellent facilitators of the Pilates classes. I tell anyone around me how much I get out of my Pilates sessions. Can highly recommend, with the added bonus of sharing funny stories with Miss Jacqui, Front Desk Specialist
TLDR: Kim has changed my life. I was experiencing a debilitating back issue that I was seeing a different physio clinic for but was struggling to move forward with my progress. I was fearful of picking up my cats, and going on holidays and long drives. Kim worked with me to help me understand my pain. She gave me exercises and tools to enable me to get strong whilst testing the way I was thinking. Kim gave me the confidence to book holidays, and actually live my life. An absolutely fabulous place to share my pain lol. Not only great & very efficient staff but I always managed to have a laugh. Have been visiting Adelaide west Physio and Pilates, headache clinic for over 7years now, I recommend to all my friends (who will listen) from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the lovely admin team you feel at ease, I’ve done Pilates classes here which I really enjoyed both reformer and mat, I’ve been treated for both MSK and headache issues and have always walked away happy, professional knowledge and very friendly physio staff (yet to book a massage but on my list of to do) do yourself a favour and check ... read more
