I originally posted a review of Adelaide Place Retirement Community when my mother was 92 years old, At that time, Mom had been a resident there for five years. I truly cannot give enough praise for the experience that my mother and I have had at Adelaide Place. She recently moved in, after deciding to give up her home due to health reasons. From the moment I first spoke to Tish, the marketing manager, I knew my mom was “home”. Tish is truly the friendliest, most helpful person I have ever met! The management and staff are unbelievable. They go out of their way all the time & they always remember your first name. My mother has been living here for about nine months and has mentioned how considerate the staff is. She appreciates the accommodations they make where possible. As a family member I appreciate she has so many people there for her if needed. Thank you
My husband and I came to Adelaide Place a year ago. We stayed in the respite suite for three months and then moved to our "home" suite in May. We were happy to be able to have our own furniture and loved pictures with us. It was a treat to have someone hang all those pictures so we could enjoy them. A call to the desk and someone will come and help. The staff here, are absolutely terrific, kind and caring. They always call you by name and are interested in what you are doing.
