My husband and I came to Adelaide Place a year ago. We stayed in the respite suite for three months and then moved to our "home" suite in May. We were happy to be able to have our own furniture and loved pictures with us. It was a treat to have someone hang all those pictures so we could enjoy them. A call to the desk and someone will come and help. The staff here, are absolutely terrific, kind and caring. They always call you by name and are interested in what you are doing. I am so grateful that my home is now Adelaide Place Seniors Living Community. This place is second to none! Adelaide Place has an excellent staff and we are so well looked after. I am continually impressed with all they do for us. There are so many activities and friendly people here that every day when you get up, you have something to look forward to! I encourage anyone who wants to have a good retirement life to come and check out Adelaide Place. You will not be disappointed!
This review is written on behalf of the Optimist Club of Lindsay Ontario. Several years ago the Optimist Club held its biweekly breakfast meetings at Adelaide Place. We all enjoyed it and felt welcomed. Due to internal pressures for space we had to seek an alternative for our meetings in Lindsay. Much to our surprise last Fall we had an opportunity to go back for our breakfast meetings. There was unanimous agreement in the Club to jump at this chance to go back. Wow!
