I had a package that was shipped via Mainfreight that arrived at the depot on a Monday morning. They usually don't do same day deliveries, however, I emailed and asked if it was possible due to availability issues to receive the shipment. Received a call from Chloe about 1 hour after I had sent the email, who assisted me and was able to accommodate my request. She provided amazing customer service, and I am very happy with the resolution she provided. Highly recommend this service, specifically the team in Adelaide!
