At my first appointment, I expected to be asked to come back for multiple visits and check ins over the coming weeks - but instead I walked out with a well priced thumb brace (that was already 1,000 times better than the one I bought online and instantly helped to relieve pain), a stack of helpful information from Jo who is great at explaining everything, and no follow up visit unless I needed one. Great experience, highly recommend.
Put me at ease, talked me through the options and made sure I understood the pros and cons. So happy for the hand therapy I received and now able to get back to a normal life. Thank you!
Jo was so helpful, really gentle and understanding with both my thumb and finger injuries. I really appreciate everything you did for me to get movement back.
