Competitive quote and unlike other quotes Andy came out to make sure the unit would work in the area needed. Very happy with the communication, work completed within two weeks from signing up. Trades left the house like you wouldn’t realise they had been. Definitely recommend
Amazing service, Andy was so helpful in helping me replace my 25 yr old Breezair with a new one and the 2 installers today were so efficient and extremely polite even with the help of one very inquisitive Sheltie and another one that kept barking at them
did not replace broken tiles despite us having left them. no ip caps fitted inside isolator, conduits not glued into isolator. outside unit was 20mm off vertical. conduits not secured. they only do minimum electrical testing if we wanted more there would be a charge even though they had to come back to fix above issues. very argumentative and defensive when politely challenged on testing procedures.
