Had an awesome experience at Adelaide Furniture and Electrical. Michael was super helpful, he was really friendly, knew his stuff, and made us feel totally comfortable while we were choosing a couch. What impressed us most was how smoothly he handled everything. Im a single mum of an autistic 13yo doing it tough. I saved up to buy myself a decent "new" sofa after years of second hand and hand me downs. The purchase was super easy and accommodating to my needs. Michael was lovely to deal with. No waiting for months, stock was on hand. Delivered new sofa and picked up my old one. What an absolute pleasure dealing with these guys. From the moment we stepped into the shop everything was awesome, the customer service, the price, the value was great. The delivery service was outstanding, the guy was friendly rang when he was on his way, rang again when he got held up. Everything was amazing. Its not often these days you can say that.
