Affordable, but careless. Didn't order half of my order. Gave me someone else's order. Installed someone else's blinds into my house. Installer had to come back and uninstall the blinds. Wait for my actual order to be ordered and made. Finally installed correctly. No explanation or make good from the company. Installers are nice, but experience has been soured.
Very very bad service, I got my blinds from them and they took my deposit and came to install after 2 months, still i am waiting to complete work, its been more then 6 months Never give work to them
The process with Adelaide Blinds & Security was seamless. I went into their showroom with my floor & paint samples, knowing only that I wanted vertical drapes but completely clueless on where to start with colour. Jemma was an absolute Godsend & is worth her weight in gold. They have just been installed now (only 3 weeks to the day since the quote!) & I am so happy.
