Michelle and Charlotte (the poodle) provide essential mental health support to me. I retain a lot more of the therapy discussion when I can apply it through art. Art psychotherapy is valuable and essential to calm anxiety and reduce depression whilst dealing with my other physical health issues. Michelle is highly trained and amazing at Art Psychotherapy and I thoroughly recommend her to anyone dealing with mental health issues.
Rebekah is an incredible therapist. I was at my lowest in 2017 - without going into specifics I was struggling with my identity and held a lot of self hatred. I had tried many kinds of therapists and had given up on therapy all together. When my mum asked me to try one more, i was extremely hesitant, but evidentally glad i tried.
