Honestly I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!!! Have had nothing but issues with these people since May, a pensioner paid for a service that they did not receive properly, they tell you they can do help you and then they send out the wrong stuff, when you call them to fix it they block your number and don’t respond to any emails and then you call their office and the admin people hang up on you when we had done nothing wrong they just couldn’t do their jobs!!!
