I wouldn't bother ordering anything I don't think that anyone actually works there. An optic shattered after about 50 rounds of 9mm which this is rated for on the box. I've been calling and emailing for over a week trying to get help. I don't even care if they don't warranty it at this point I just want someone to answer and tell me no. Don't be like me and cheap out on gun parts just go buy the right thing once!

Poor customer service. My order was lost in the mail and I had to file forms with the USPS. Eventually the USPS sent a letter along with the shipping label stating the label got separated from the package. I called and emailed numerous times with no reply. Place any order with this vendor at your own risk.

I purchased a Novak/Adjustable 1911 Pistol Mount Plate from Optics Factory. It looks as though it will work with my GSG 1911 22LR. I also purchased separately, a ADE Zantitium (RD3-015-PRO) PRO Series Motion Activated Red Dot Sight as recommended by Tony Liu, Optics factory President, for this mount. Both the mount and red dot came with sets of 6-8mm screws, (way too short for this mount). Clearly an engineering design oversight. This mount requires a crew length of 12-14mm. Excellent customer service and great shipping times. Ordered a Glock slide and everything was as it was advertised. Very good experience and will purchase from again.

A product I purchased was incorrect. I tried calling but nobody ever answers so I emailed my concern in the returns tab of their website. Been over 2 wks and im yet to hear anything back from them. Not pleased, cannot recommend this place to any friends. I would even discourage friends from using them if asked for an opinion.
