I had the pleasure of working with Yolanda Y on Friday 9/18/26. I recently started a company and this was my first time opening a business account. Yolanda was very helpful and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was missing a form and instead of her sending me away she looked up the information and printed it out for me. Customer Service is almost nonexistent in 2026 and dealing with Yolanda R. was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Yolanda for helping me open my business account, I really appreciate your assistance.
